Welcome to the Esajee's terms and conditions, which apply to all items ordered from Esajee's. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below:
Purchase of Products
When you place an order on our website we shall email you an order confirmation email.
Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to the terms that apply to that order.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
* The product ordered being unavailable from stock
* The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
* If we suspect any fraudulent activity
* In case of orders containing perishable items and the delivery location is not covered by our delivery service.
If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all necessary measures to keep the details of your order secure. Prices are subject to change without notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been dispatched. Prices are inclusive of GST.
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
We accept Cash, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Credit Card only. While, for delivering at your address, we also accept Cash on Delivery, while payment can also be made through MIGS online payment via mastercard or visa card while placing an order online.
Order which would be placed by payment method of International Debit or Credit Card, all such orders will be processed after 5 working days - As Bank takes time to verify the payment of all such transactions.
If you have paid on your debit or credit card, you would not be charged extra amount of purchased goods.
The prices shown on our website or store include all GST(or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as a seller.
If an order is cancelled due to low stock or something & a customer has paid for the order in advance, we would be fully liable for your paid amount - After getting details of your bank account from you, we would retrun your funds back to your account. While, if an order is cancelled by a customer him/herself & paid in advance, after a while a customer decides to cancel the order for some reason & requires amount back to account, charges for transfer/fees would be deducted from the customer's amount - Esajee's would not be liable to pay for any charges in such case.
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in sealable condition within 3 days of receipt (Except dairy or frozen items, they do not cover any return policy).
If returning a product would cost logistics charges etc that return cost would be beared by customer only. Esajee's wont be responsible for any return cost.
Any items ordered, remain our property until we receive full payment.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on site.
All ingredients are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
For special orders such as electronics, expensive items, perishables, the clients are required to pay full payment is advance. Other than perishables, most of the food items do not require advance payment.
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes or labor disputes, embargoes, government orders or any other force majeure event.
While, for any bulk orders the delivery time would be 4-8 weeks after full advance payment.
For placing a special order from any other third party e.g. amazon, the customer needs to provide us with the proper url etc. Price and delivery period shall be confirmed after placing the special order.
All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to the Esajee's. Any use of the site or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission.
