Croissants

Croissants Bread

Croissants represent a kind of French pastry that is rather specific due to its thin layers made of butter as well as its shape in the form of the Latin letter “C”. They are mainly relished as juicy lunch and snack additions to the meals. Croissants also known as ‘’croissant bread’’, are sweet pastries that can be taken on their own or with fillings of savory, or sweet nature and fresh food. Croissants are prepared using an unlaminate dough whereby at some stages butter is folded to create several layers of dough. This method proves fruitful in a cake that is crisp on the outside but moist on the inside, usually taken with tea or coffee. this item is provided by the Esajee's in Pakistan.
