About Us

About Esajee's Store 1901. Esajee & sons were established in Rawalpindi, during the British rule of the Indian sub-continent. 1965. Esajee & Sons became Esajee & Co. and became one of the first food retail stores in Islamabad, Pakistan. 1980. Esajee & Co ventured into the imported gourmet food market and expanded its product line to include personal care and gift items appealing to the affluent. September, 2001. A second retail store was opened in the niche market of Gulberg, Lahore. January, 2007. Esajee Solutions was established to deploy and market open-source software technology solutions for the retail and trade industry to put the company on a technology-driven transformational path. December, 2009. A third retail store opened in the upscale neighborhood of the Defense Housing Authority in Lahore. March, 2019. A fifth retail outlet opened in the famous Civic Center of Phase IV, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. August, 2019. A sixth retail outlet opened in the upscale area of DHA Phase V, Lahore. Over the years. Esajee's has become a name synonymous with quality, variety, and fine customer service. Mistaken denouncing pleasure and praising pain was born and we will give you a complete account of the system expound.

Returns & Exchanges

Esajee's believes in making online shopping a phenomenal experience centered around you, so you can enjoy complete satisfaction along with an impeccable level of service. That’s why we believe you have every right to have your product checked, and, if needed, replaced.

We guarantee to refund/exchange any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in sealable condition within 3 days of receipt (Except perishables, frozen, special items, and any item ordered via special order - They do not cover any return policy).

We do not exchange any item unless it is damaged before purchase.

If you would like to exchange an item for another, you can exchange it for a different size or color or for an item (Excluding some special items such as Fashion Items, Electronic Items, Medical Items, Coffee Machines, etc.)

In case of Replacement or Exchange against any special item or any item ordered as a special order other than Grocery, Beauty, Pet, etc. - Esajee's will accept the return in fully sealable condition within days of receipt but will deduct/retain 20% amount of the item ordered (Restocking Fee). The restocking fee would only be charged at the customer’s discretion, not on the return of defective merchandise.

In case, a customer has placed an order via paying in advance & later decides to cancel it for any reason within 12 Hours of placing an order, Esajee's will return the amount in a processing time of one working week.

In case, a customer has placed an order by paying in advance via card payment or bank transfer and for some reason we were not able to deliver the full order or partial, etc - Esajee's will refund the remaining amount back. Refunds may take one working week to process.

In the case of credit card payments, no refund is applicable but product exchange is applicable provided that the product is undamaged, unused, and in the condition in which it was received.

If the product is to be returned then the customer will send it back to himself and will also bear the logistic cost.

Esajee's replacement policy is valid for 2 situations/circumstances:

  • In case you are delivered the wrong product.
  • In case the product delivered to you has some defect or issue.

However, to complete replacement of your product, the product should be:

  • Undamaged, unused, and in the condition in which it was received.
  • The parcel contains its original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories that came in or attached to the product when ordered
  • None of the items mentioned above, including the product itself, is defaced or marked in any way, shape, or form.
