Falak Easy Cook Sella Basmati Rice is the epitome of convenience without compromising on quality. This unique variety of Basmati rice undergoes a parboiling process, making it easier and quicker to cook while retaining the natural nutrients and aromatic flavor inherent in Basmati rice. The parboiling technique involves partially boiling the rice in its husk before milling, which helps in preserving the essential nutrients present in the grain. This process also fortifies the rice, allowing it to withstand longer cooking times without becoming mushy, resulting in perfectly separate, fluffy grains with a delightful texture.
